Bad Wipers
I was at carlisle this weekend and on the way to dinner one night, me wipers came on by them self. but not all the way they would go up and down about 3 or 4 inches in the off position. But when you turned them on they would work normal, The guys at the GM booth never heard of it, Has anyone seen this???

With the rain you got, I wonder if your udders in the cowl area are plugged and you got water in your electrical connections. Suggest you 'milk' the udders on both sides, I'll bet they are plugged with leaves and crud, and then let her dry out and your wiper problem will be no more.
