We are praying for you guys and ladies over there. In the meantime, send me your keys. I will take care of your car. P. S. Send me a pound of $20s for gas.
I remember how homesick I was my first month or so in Vietnam. I would have walked home if they told me I could leave. What truly amazes me is that you can e-mail and send pictures from a combat zone. I wish we had that capability 39 years ago.
Don't ever forget that you and those you're serving with are in our thoughts every single day and how very much we appreciate your sacrifice. Take lots of pictures and enjoy that special bond with those you're serving with. You won't experience anything like it again. Regardless of how difficult it seems now, it's a special time and you'll treasure the memories of these days for the rest of your life. Be safe and thank you for your service to this great nation.
Man is that ever the truth. This is something you'll never understand unless you've experienced it yourself. Friends for life, so true. DevilDog II is old school or "salty" as we call him in the Corps.
Eyeballs open, ears on, and steel pot down DC! Hurry back and we'll keep the light on for ya'!

We were at Corvettes At Carlisle last weekend and it was 95 degrees. Everybody was whining and bitchen how hot it was. I just had to remind them that it was 130 degrees in Iraq and just imagine how they would feel if they had to wear their winter coat and carry around 50 pounds of stuff! all day Thats what the soldiers in Iraq do daily!
Ive been to Bahrain UAE and in the summer! IT SUCKS!
Keep your A$$ Down, your eyes open and return home safely!
