Maybe one of those rear view mirrors with the compas in it. Was it the C6 that has them? I thought I saw someone doing a conversion on here somewhere. It would look a little more clean looking then some suction cup thing sticking out from somewhere odd.

I've seen one member who adapted a rear view mirror from another car to fit. Not sure where the electronics are. I assume they're in the mirror. I think the C6 has the compass and electrochromatic as an option. Maybe that could be adapted? Try Gene Culley. I hear they're about $260
Try the old Navigators technique. Sun overhead at 12 noon. Add 30 degrees for every hour after noon and subtract 30 degrees before
