Navigation System
I want to install a in dash navigation system/Sirius system in my C5. Is there anybody out there that has done one? Any help would be great. Also what about price?

I have done this and it is alot of work. You will need to modify the dash and mounting cage. C5KIDD sells custom made bezels.
Price depends on what unit you go with and how carried away with speakers, amps, subs, and so on you go with. I highly recommend a Kenwood head unit as the NAV is Garmin based and real nice. It can also be wired so you can watch movies and adjust the NAV while car is moving if you should want that. Lots of people in the audio section will answer all your questions.
