Its just a story without pics to back it up. When I go to buy a car I always bring my camera, matter of fact, I go nowhere without it.
If anybody is interested, I have pics of my '65 289HiPo GT Fastback K9 that I bought out of of a field in Mantika Califorina for only $375.00 with 32K on it back in '76. (still got it, not for sale, completely restored, with 8 grand ralley pack and all Shelby opts. not 271 but 306hp, top loader, 3:89.1 detroit locker, factory tracktion bars)
I believe your story because every once in a while all the stars are in line and someone gets a damn good deal for very little money.
