I think that is over by Pellissippi parkway, the road that runs between Kingston Pike @ Calhoun's and runs over to Parkside.

Yes guys got the location right, We need to get a bunch of us over ther some Sunday morning when the light is great and the traffic low. It'd be kinda cool to get about 6 or 7 cars in front of this place....
