just bought my 01 C5 convertible and I guess GM thinks only 1 person sits in the Vette thus 1 cupholder. What system works the best as a add on cupholder
I went with this one from Corvette Central. About $50 with shipping.
I use the single version of this one after trying a bunch of other ideas. West Coast Corvette has black or shale. Part #1618606 single($31.95) Might find it cheaper elsewhere. Look around.
Simple, I don't eat or drink in my car unless it is a resealable container (water bottle). My car didn't even come with a cup holder, but I got a great cell phone holder.
Have had mine for over a year now and love it. Folds up when not in use and Lori (girl ina box) is great to deal with. She will have it in the mail the day it is ordered. Good luck.

I'm sorry, But these pictures (shudder) make me nervous. Carbonated beverages with flimsy containers and Non Vette Approved Lids Fruit2 O for me thank you.

Hmmm, maybe I should have posted a extra large Starbucks coffee cup or those large coffee mugs (the ones that keep coffee warm) you can get in the store. I was looking for a size reference and the Wendy's Biggie cup is one of the largest out there. If it can fit in those cup holders, then it's ok. But if it will only hold those 8oz cups, then they are useless.
I've also had Lori's cupholder for a couple of years. Still going strong and the fact that it folds out of the way when not in use is a big plus for the passenger.
