[Z06] Error Code

Error Code
Well I just bought my car about a week ago thinking it was stock.
The next day some codes came up...
P0420 TWC System Low Efficiency Bank 1
P0430 TWC System Low Efficiency Bank 2
I took it to a shop and they said the previous owner added headers to it.
They haven't had time to really look at it, so I'm taking it back up there Monday.
I think I've read somewhere that after a header install these codes usually come up.
Does that means somethings wrong or that's just what happens after you install headers.

If the previous owner added LT headers, it needs a tune to "trick" the rear O2 sensors. The code you are getting leads me to believe they didn't get the car tuned after the header install.
