My hood is painted... it's painted black. I chose to not waste money on painting the hood yellow as millenium yellow is a 3-stage color that is near impossible to perfectly match. To do it I would have had to blend the fenders and the tigershark facia. I am painting my entire car starting this Friday and I knew I would be doing so when I purchased the hood.

Enough about me.... back to your poor choice in exhaust
I know I might be sorry for this but here goes......what you said about matching the millennium yellow is not true. I had an 02 Millennium Yellow vert that a ricer hit me in the rear. The dealers body shop not only fixed the damage but repainted it and there was no way anyone would ever see a mismatch. Take it to someone good and you will get a perfect match. I know you are painting the car over I just wanted to say I had damage and it was done perfect thats all. Now lets all pass the bong and chill.

No... you just got lucky, or might be partially color blind. My color blind buddy can't tell differences in color shades etc.

I was an insurance adjuster with GEICO for over 2 years. I've been around many a body shop and taken many paint classes.

MY is a very very hard color to match no matter what you do... most people I know who've had paint work done don't have a 100% match... it might be close, but it's rarely if every truly perfect in all lights.

MY is a PITA to match because of how it's sprayed. You have a white primer base coat, then you spray the yellow whis is a translucent color. So you then have to spray the yellow until it basically tints the yellow to the right color. So, not only do you have the color yellow mixed right, you have to apply the right amount, in the right procedure to get it right. It's truly a PITA. My car is 4 shades of yellow and has a black hood... it needs to be redone.

I will say that if your bumper was only scratched and could be blended within the panel it could be done well enough to fool your eye. If they replaced the facia then they most likely blended the decklid and quarters.

Yeah... I know which one I'm going with.
Alright, look, you can tell everyone how sucky their car is and whine about how your color is hard to match (and yes, I agree) but lets not go spready flat out . "Saggy" A-cups? Exsqueeze me? Saggy and A-Cup don't work together.. Seriously I'll take the "They're small but they'll never touch my knees" A-cups over the "You'll have to pay $6000 every 2 years to keep these out of my armpits" D-cups you mention.

Now, the exhaust.. it looks a little funny with just 2.. four of those-> fine and dandy looking IMHO. 2 bigger ones, also cool. <badidea> Maybe, do none.. put transam splitters on the outsides next to the fenders and really let everyone wonder... </badidea>

on an unrelated side note: no need to spend $500 on a "catback" system that is just pre-bent and welded pipe just as you've created there... but do fix the tip thing, it kind of looks like a corvette with a small *****.... (and yes, that's my opinion..)

Hi CSShelby -

Was that necessary? That is a big part of why there is no babe forum here, people who have something that is not worth saying, yet they feel compelled to say it.

That nurse looks more than fine to me.

thanks for the pic, Cobra.

mgn, he walked into it. I HAD to take it. When I see a serious **** fest going down I jump right in with no clothes on and roll around like a piggy. Mind you, obviously you lack the virtue to see where the string of conversation took us. Which was just a flexing of nuts.

I can keep talking **** all day long if that's what it takes.

Far from color blind, and the rear was not just scratched. No matter what they did a perfect job,it can be done.
