Yea Fred it is time consuming but well worth it.... The kit does a nice job.... Just like puttin a giant jig saw puzzle together.

only mentioned the towel because i dont remember what is back there and you dont want to short out any circuits that may be exposed to the fillings.
Take your time with moving the brackets. its better to just walk away and have a beer than to get frustrated. keep up the progress pics, it will help a ton when the next guy attempts it themselves.
Hey Dave, I'm going to try to deadin the rear area a little more and even insulate the console more for the heat.
I have some ideas on the on the new brackets on how to make them "Adjustable" and the unit sleeve as well. Will post pic of my idea when I do it.... And also how it turns out...

Nice job Wayne. The Crazy Cowboy kit is on my wish list also. Tell the "camera person" I said "Hello". Oh, and nice pics, Lori. Winter can be a fun time with these cars too, Just in a different way. But I'd stay in the garage if I were you. Winter in the garage= OK. Winter outside= No Way. Looking forward to Step 2.

Thanks Ed.... Yea go figure Sunday into Monday we get around 10 inches of snow and by Wednesday it will back into the 50's...
I may double up on some areas over the persent kit just to help with sound deading and heat.... I'll do that this weekend and then on to the wiring.... Stay tuned.....

Just put a couple of washers on the front mounting studs to raise the frame rails up to get on the covers.

Was sore last night but better today.... Did the same to Lori's in the spring so I know it's good. Will try to make it better in mine. If it works will do the same improvements to Lori's....
Snow should be gone by Wednesday, warm front coming in.... 50's again....
