Front Windshield HUD
Is there anything unusual about the HUD windshield? In certain light, it looks like overspray is on it and just wierd color bursts. I have used every cleaner I can think of and still see it in certain lighting conditions, eventhough I know the glass is clean.

Yes, it has some sort of coating on the inside of it, and yes it makes it more difficult to get completely clean and spotless compared to normal glass.
Use a foaming type glass cleaner intended/safe for tint or plastics, Stoner's invisible glass works very well..
Do not use Windex or similar ammonia type cleaners, they don't work well at all on the inside of the windshield.
