Can't be done without a lot of cutting/welding/modifications to the H-pipe.

I'd say by the time you were all done, the headers and X-pipe would be cheaper, be a lot less work, and fit better than screwing with the H-pipe and cats.

I love my TSP headers, but I would recommend getting the 3 inch Xpipe with them.

Thanks for replies. But 1100.00 dollars buys alot of welding or mods, TSP also sells the extension tubes to tie into the stock H pipe but when you look at the distance from stock manifolds to cats there is not much room. It appears if you remove the cats it would probally be a quick change. I probally should just contact TSP with this question

I had the TSP headers with connection pipes 1st. Was nice but the 3 inch X pipe made it sound much better and picked up some more torque.

I am happy with my TSP headers as are many budget minded C5 owners.

Your right with the corvette tax 1100 des not buy much but some interior and/or exterior upgrades. Most importantly I have to sell mod to wife before I can buy.
