Standard 2" pvc pipe that you use for Central Vac systems. I used JB Weld (this stuff is amazing) to initially attach the cut pipe pieces to the dash and then used some real good Bondo to fill it in

Just a little tip, I used a piece of molding, the same used for the tail light seals, to close the gap on the top and sides of the bezel, it comes in a roll and has a rolled tear drop edge and is black, it finishes off the top nicer than factory....good job.

U mean the same seal on the c5 tailights. so i can get them at the dealer! is that right. Man i wish u had a pic, but it sounds like it would be pretty simple and no need for the bondo. just make some accurate drimmel cuts and fit the moulding around the bezel opening.
these tailight seals are rubber?????? help

No no not what i meant, The seal I used is to close the gap from the top of the bezel to the dash..... Great job on the bezel...

well Mo, looks like this will be a winter project for me now. I don't like the way my Pioneer fits into the DD bezel I have so will fab up my own. I have a feeling your phone will be ringing lol
