Just curious .how many vett owners are into aircraft or are pilots ?

My wife and I are both Private Pilots and own a Cessna 172 Skyhawk. Seems like flying, motorcycling and Corvettes all go together! Here's mine. Mike

I am a instrument rated pilot (havent flown in forever though) and for work I am an Air Traffic Controller at Chicago Center in Aurora, IL
I used to have a 99 FRC and now currently own an 03 Z06.

ATP = Airline transport pilot
CFI = Certified flight instructor
CGI = Certified ground instructor
CFII = instument instructor
MEI = Multi engine instructor
SES = Single engine Sea
types = types of jet aircraft

Had quite a few lessons learning to fly,that's been a long
time ago,I'd love to get my license,just never seem to
have the time to get around to it though.

Nice to see a controller here. Now I can put in a formal request to stop bringing us down 200 + miles from the airport!!


Just kidding you folks do a fantastic job under some crazy circumstances. Keep it up!! Chicago and New York have some of the best I've seen.

Make the time.

Sometimes its not so much fun as a job, but it can be very rewarding to get that first license out of the way. If you can put aside at least two to three days a week of studying and taking lessons, in a matter of a month you could have that first one done and over with.

I co pilot with my friend, in his Cessna 320, and his Cessna 152 Sparrowhawk.
I'm not a rated pilot. Just like flying.
