Default Which brake pads????

I'm going to be swapping the brake rotors on my 2003 Z06 to the delco drilled and slotted rotors. I already have brand new front Z06 pads, however, which pads are the best for all 4 corners? Should I stick with the Z06 pads all around? Switch to ceramic pads?? This car is used for street duty only. Thanks!

I personally went with he Ceramic Pads mainly to cut down on the brake dust... the seem to stop pretty well too!!!
Good Luck with your decision, I'm sure you will get many opinions here!!

After checking around here I went with HAwk HPS. Which reminds me, I really must take some time off to fit them.

Before you get your Hawk HPS pads installed consider spray painting the back of the pads silver, chrome, body color, or whatever will look good on your car.

Use the 500 degree high temp paints available at your local auto parts store.

DO NOT DO CERAMIC. I have ceramic on the Vette now. They suck, you will get brake fade.
I'm will be going with Hawk HPS.

They are not bad at all, I have done some stops at 180+ on an air strip and lots of hill country runs and only a little dust, car was dirtier on the hill country runs than my rims

I went with Hawk HPS pads when I put on my Baer Eradispeed rotors. Dust has not been a problem and they perform very well.

I just got some hawk hps pads put on and they squeal like a dying banshee is in my wheels. Did anyone else have alot of squealing when they went with the hawk hps? It's so bad it's embarrassing when I go somewhere!

I am running Hawk HPS on my Z06. They work great and have lower dusting then the Z06 pads. I cannot really tell if they work better or worse then my Z06 pads did. There is no squealing with these either.
