I had to talk about vettes to someone (just bought another one) and this seems like the best place. I'm new to the forum.

I bought my first stock C5 about 4 years ago and didn't even make the first payment before I lost my job. (I'm a manufacturing manager and my plant closed very unexpectedly.) I have owned many cars since but the vette had always been "the one that got away."

Now that things have been going well for awhile, I spent some time looking and ended up with another vette. No pics I can post right now, I don't even have my plates until Saturday. I thought about sleeping in the garage with it the first night I brought it home (Not really but you know how it feels ).

03 Z06 15k miles: cam, intake, headers, exhaust (no cats), ported / slotted Eradi brakes

It's black and in absolutely perfect condition with chrome Z06 rims.

My last car was a 91 300ZX TT with tons of mods but I was starting to miss the low end torque so I'm back in a vette. I spend a lot of time on the forums but I'm new to this one. It seems to be the largest corvette forum I can find.

Any other Indianapolis area members or even a vette club in my area? I spend some time out at ORP (O'Reilly Raceway Park) in the warmer months and saw a corvette club out there one week but didn't get anyones info, I was in my 300 at the time.

Welcome to the madness!
You'll find TONS of information here, and everyone is more than ready to lend assistance if you need it. And sometimes even if you don't.

A great new day. Better pay. Now tell all the other cars to get out of the way. That's all I have to say.
