I finally got my car back together today It's about time.. Everything went smooth so I had time to mount these led floods from oznium. $15 each but they deliver light!@! Mounted them in the plastic hush panel below the dash on each side and wired them into the factory wires. These are the buggers I'm talking about
Looks great... ...I can vouch for those Oznium.com LED flood lights, they are some bright little suckers... ...the LED spots are even brighter but have a lot narrower beam....:yesnod
I did mount only I on each side. Anymore would be overkill. They are simply wired in to the stock footwell lighting. Never thought of wiring them into the dimmer circuit. One thing I've wondered about is the effect on the longevity of the leds with them dimmed down. I know they are meant to work at a certain voltage level. What happens if the voltage is lowered? I know they probably arent affected untill you get down to their operating voltage level.I'm probably going to go with these in the trunk and maybe underhood.Next project is to light up my red Halltech stinger intake. You are correct tstar, I need to learn to link like you have. This is so easy even a cave man could do it.So, I know that notnuts16 can handle it. I know its not a crane but geeze.
I'm telling ya, I MAY just have to instll my white faces and tinted Lense. The more I look at yours the more I like em! I bet you get some comments at night when you open your doors with people around!
Your ride's looking awesome! Great job! The red leather accents and the lighting all flow well!
