old plates wanted.
NOTE: I mean unused plates, age does not matter...
C5 plates would be nice, but any will do ..I know a few have done this , but I would love to collect a plate from every state and would be glad to pay shipping if you have a plate you no longer want, I have a few Texas plates I could exchange.
