I`m curious actually how others see themselves as drivers of the infamous C5, careful on your choice of words, least the topic gets shut down.

Me: Jackrabbitish, not to worried about breaking anything, cruise every now and then. Kinda immature but WTF

Mines not a daily driver...good weather, weekend cruising over scenic twisty northern AZ mountain roads from 5,200 to 7,000 ft elevations...

Cool bro., mine is a DD, also speaking of Hotwheels I`m sitting on a collection I did (for the boys at the time) that took 7 years at about 40K out of pocket. TONS of rare diecast, cause I really love cars.

I've autocrossed, drag raced, and road raced my Z. I try to keep it on the track, but every once in a while...

I love the twisties. I actually speed up when I exit any freeways.

Been driving for 35 years with one accident when I was 17 years old. I drive defensively and I think I'm a good driver - but dont we all

All that said, I may break the speed limit occasionally I'm still aggressive but only when its safe

And .............. next year I plan to hit the Nurburgring with the Vert

For the rest of the time I'm a ***** Cat

Not a DD either; I do weekend cruises , dates with my gf , sprinted driving when safe , I actually drive like a gradpa, no offence, even though I'm 24 ; I bought the car to enjoy a good cruise on any given nice day. I have driven it in snow for I spent the weekend with my gf, and yes it has also been driven in the rain, yet it hasn't melted like some of the other vette owners fear .

I drive mine for economy. I enjoy a car that has the power I want when I need it. No one believes the gas mileage I get with a Corvette.

I tend to baby my vette. I typically do not speed, however I do corner agressively and march through the gears. Nice to have the power and performance there (when you need it).

DD here. I drive very defensively. They know I have the power and so do I, so there's no need flaunt it without reason.

I take off from lights like a rebel without a cause TO the speed limit. I always catch some import coming up about 5-10 seconds later doing a fly by. I maintain my cruise and say, "let him get the ticket!".

It's hard not to punch it again when he's coming but I always try to put my pride in the back seat. I know I have a fast car and don't need to prove it to everyone.

I'll be the guy doing the limit in the right lane. In general, I'm a very careful driver. Haven't had the C5 for a year yet, so I'm still learning it's quirks and I know it'll get me into trouble if I'm not careful.

Once in a while though, I have to open her up just to refresh the grin!

I drive a lot more careful than in the Z28 I previously owned. Not that I am concerned with breaking or damaging anything, it is just that I really enjoy cruising now. Good tunes, great babe ot 25 years next to me, oh yeah, life is good!! Sometimes I drive like an old f++t. Then again more often than not, Mister Hyde appears over the good doctor and some wicked driving occurs. Takes days for the smile to leave!
