I`m thinkin dump the dual cone set up for a Vararam too. Is it CARB legal in California? I also wish some guys would talk about performance gains. Is the VR quality a problem with C5`s, did they improve on seals, fit and function for the C5 or is it still orginal design ? How much for a new one, etc ?

Still see that you love my Avatar! My tuner is not a fan of blackwings, dual cone set ups, etc. He says that all they do is allow more WARM/HOT air into the engine. As we know, we want COOL/COLD air. Hence, cold air induction like the Vararam.
Don't know if legal in Ca. Can't see why it wouldn't be since, in theory, it is just a modfied air filter...
