Fuel Filter

Anyone Out There Actually Had A Clogged Fuel Filter,1999 Coupe 50.000 Miles Never Changed Or Tuned Up,still Amazed At How Fast The Motor Begins To Run, It Doesnt Even Crank For A Half Second And Its Running Hot Weather Or Frigid,i Wonder What Is Considered Normal Cranking Time Before The Engine Is Running,anyone Else Have This Split Second Fire Up??

No clogged filter, but mine started leaking.

Yep, these cars start on almost first rpm. My 800 CA battery was down to only 250 CA, it barely cranked, but car would start immediately.

I changed mine on our 99 when I had the differential leak fixed. Good time to do it because it's a tight fit with eveything in the way. I had one car that got a clogged fuel filter.

It's just good general maintainence to replace them.

I changed mine in my 97 at 70,000 no reason other than preventive messures. never can be to safe.
