Front C5 emblem fix
my front emblem is peeling up at the flags, I understand there are two posts retaining the emblem to the front cover; I have a few spares, anyone have success with x2 sided tape? where can I get some of the oe like thin stuff?

I just did that fix on mine yesterday. I pulled gently on the flags and the emblem popped right off. I got some 3M Molding Tape ("ideal for attaching vehicle body side moldings, trims and emblems" is on the cardboard holding the roll of tape) at Advance Auto Parts and the emblem is now back on good as new.

by "peeling up at the flags" i'll assume you mean the inserts inside the black plastic emblem. I snuck some krazy glue under it and pressed it down for 30 second. No more problems.
