All 2003 Vettes are Anniversary models, and have the special 50th Anniversary badging on the nose and tail. There were over 11K cars that had the Anniversary package which included a special Shale interior and the Anniversary Red paint.
$33K is a little rich for a 18K mile car - a better price would be a couple of thousand less, your $30K number sounds more reasonable to me.

Drop the offer a couple $K more. I have seen too many '03's go for a lot less. Bad for the seller, but then again, you're in buyer mode.
Look at the cars on this forum for sale. You can get a better idea what they're worth. You can get a better deal here, and get to know the orig owner too.
