Ummm why don't you guys just call them? I did and Doc at EFIAlchemy.com said they(ssac) has them again to fix the changes they didn't do the first time. This was last week I beleieve so if you want a up to date infoI suggest calling them. I talked to them for a bit and jaw jacked with them for awhile and the vibe I got is they seem to be good people. They have my business when the new versions get released and not just because of that it's because they are making sure we don't get any BS that SSAC has been associated with in the past and I'm sure they don't want there name tarnished.
These do not look to promising... Im sure that these have a few problems when installing or people would be saying good things about them... There not gonna get on here and say they dont work and there a waste of money, i just dont see that happening after they spent all that money and time on the headers to be dissappointed with a sub par product

There's a 3rd generation coming out that no one has tried yet to my knowledge. We're waiting to hear what they're like with the final product version, which has yet to be released from what info is available.
Supposedly it should be soon though.
They're going to have problems while they're still being developed, I'm expecting that. Long as those problems are all corrected in their final version
After that, just need to hear how they perform. Buying headers that look great, fit perfect, are a breeze to install, and cost considerably less than everything out there wont make a bit of difference if they only put out 1/10 of the perfomance the more expensive options.
Here is an update for you guys. I purchased a set of first generations for $250, and I bought a stock midpipe with cats deleted and a little x pipe in their place for $100. Total exhaust for me was $850. Install would have been extremely easy if it wasn't for the o2 bungs. We had to plug them, and redrill them because the o2's were hitting the bellhousing. Drivers side went in from the bottom without taking off the valvecover. Passenger side went in from the top by just taking off two coil packs. The car was dyno tuned at Cartek and made 331/339 with the stock 2.5" midpipe lol. The car is a 99 6 speed and still has the LS1 intake manifold and a vararam as the only other mods.... here is the music.
