Blackout kits may be questionable in your state. Check your state laws regarding tail lights.
for instance Texas law:
A taillamp shall emit a red light plainly visible at a
distance of 1,000 feet from the rear of the vehicle.
(at night of course)

I will still be accepting existing owners lights, but if Radioflyer lives closer to you or you just simply want to go through him that will take some pressure off of me. I currently have all my resistors in stock "over 1000 of em" and I am stocked up on wire and solder so I am ready for these group purchase sets to arrive.
