I'm looking to put in blackout in the front and back. But don't wana sacrifice the lighting brightness. So, anyone knows of any kinds of bulbs with are a straight swap, and would Gain me more brightness.
I wana make the Orange light in the front brighter.

side marker DRLs are pretty much the same thing. stock 3157s are as bright as you're gonna get, so if you want to black them out, maybe try changing them to a clear housing first and then black it out.
brighter headlights, just get an HID kit.
Sylvania Silverstar Ultra 9006 SU/2 - Low Beam
Sylvania Silverster Ultra 9005 SU/2 - High Beam
Both are direct replacements for OEM
Both offer increased downroad and sideroad viewing and are onroad legal!
Low Beam H83170082 HB4 9006 55W
High Beam H83165002 HB3 9005 65W
Off road and not so legal
Low Beam H83170092 HB4 9006 80W
High Beam H83165012 HB3 9005 100W
I'm thinking about running the legal low beams and the off road high beams.
Turn signals (stick with the 3157LL bulbs) They're brighter than LED bulbs unless you get a custom Luxeon style bulbs installed. For optimum brightness you could build an LED array with staged brightness for the tun signals (If you find a way to do that let me know)
For backup lights, the brightest you can do is a headlight conversion:
(9006 or 9007 regular bulbs)

(or HID's cause you're just as crazy as I am)

Taillights: Halos are the only way to get a decent amount of light output
Sidemarkers: a single SMT 194 LED bulb will look awesome.
With HID lows, you will have no need for High Beams.
Just saying because I have done what your planning and was very disappointed.
If you must go with halogens, search the threads for Toshiba HIR
These are the brightest, highest lumen, halogens you can buy.
The Best of Corvette for Corvette Enthusiasts
a) Aftermarket bulbs - (silverstar seems to be popular) But some Also swear by the HIR bulbs (they're like supercharged halogen but cost ~$30/ea. Silverstars can be found for as low as $20 a set on ebay.
b) Aftermarket high wattage bulbs with relay - Look for bulbs with 80-100watts and preferably with minimal "tinting" as this compromises light output. The relay setup will give you the amperage you need to support the higher wattage.
c) T-84 Euro headlight conversion - these unit have a glass lens, significantly improved optics and run off an H4 bulb. It is completely legal and offers a significant advantage over OEM lights. I installed a set of these on my mom's 98 vert and it's a night and day difference.
d) HID kit - This is probably the most cost effective mod for getting actual light onto the road. Kits have been known to go as low as $70 if you're willing to wait on an auction to end. The drawback is a horrible light spread and the fact that it's technically illegal... but then again so is option #2.
e) HID with projector - Either custom built or kit built, this is the absolute best you can get. Excellent pattern, legal and looks sharp. Aftermarket kits are expensive though ranging between $500-1300.
IMO the Euro headlights would be the best option for your case.
