I'd start with the easy ones
The fuse is 10A #2 (MONITORED LD) on the footwell panel. The other one to check if thats not it is #21.
It could be the bulb. Insert a flat bladed screwdriver in the lower edge of the vanity mirror lamp lens and gently pry down to release the lens.
It doesn't say in the book which bulb it needs but my guess is a 194 looking at the pic.
