i was driving my kids 97 crv the other day and realized if i really needed to go somewhere i'd rather take it than a vette . it's a pain to cover/uncover the c2 . the c5 and i just never ''bonded'' . they look nice in the garage but driving them just 'doesn't do anything for me' or not like it did in the 60's . i even wonder about selling them [NOT LIKELY] and buying a used small car . the wife just got a lexus and it is nice but just doesn't excite me either . i wonder if there is something about aging involved . oh well! . . .peace
Well judging from the majority demographic of this forum, age has NOTHING to do with it. Seems like you are just done with your excitement for the Corvette. You should sell them and get something you like.

I'm in the same boat ( in a way) here's what I do -when I ( sometimes) get bored with my C5 -and that's rarely. I just drive my wife's CRV and my DD ( Durango) and then I miss my C5 because the other 2 cars just don't cut it. Last winter was the worse, I couldn't drive the car from about november thru march- it was freaking snowing almost every week- Corvette withdrawal symptoms set in. Now I'm having my binge Corvette driving again since we've been having a lot of nice days lately and of course, I just finished for the time being -modding the car ( again ) More mods are in the works -hoping to have headers done before winter and cam for next summer.
He has a point. I only drive my Vette if I am going to a track or want to show off at a cruise. Other than that, it's makes more sense to take our F150 or BMW since it's more comfortable and versatile.
