Great idea!
I have been prepared to do that same thing in my garage, but I have not found the right, damaged, Z06 rim for it.
I have saved a hub assembly off of our old Lumina to use as the mount and I was thinking a shift-**** would be cool to use as the, well, **** lol.....
I have heard others on here doing the same thing, but yours is the first picture of the idea in action.
