Tire Rack Fun
Called the Tire Rack to get a TPS replaced on the RF rim. I have the sensor and the rim is Mag?black powder coated. I knew they could knock it down and not screw up the rim. I got a lady on the phone and asked what time she got there, she told me 8 am. So,, I arrives at 8 am ,, she tell me they dont open till 9....what the H*LL,, you told me 8. No, you asked me what time I got here. yes, this really happened. lol
So, i wait, the guys show up, I get in and they knock the tire down and install my new sensor. Try to air up the tire and they say the tire is bad... I say, NO IT WASNT....They show me a BIG hole in the sidewall. They stuck the tire machine threw it. So, I leaves with a NEW right front tire ,, and no rim damage.. but, ,the sensor leaked and I had to add a new o-ring..
At least, they do strive for customer service.

tire was FREE,, they tried to blame me at first,, then owned up pretty quick. The tried to get by telling me they didnt have one, but the lady saved the day and told the mananger one was in stock. cost me 15 dollars for all.
