thanks patches.. I've been wondering how they sound with headers. I've been thinking about adding some headers to mine. very nice!

Man am I glad that I came across this thread! I have been looking into which aftermarket exaust system I wanted to get for my 02 and had pretty much determined that i was going to go with the Stingers, but keep seeing where people are complaining about the drone factor. These look great and sound great and the price is not bad at all. Wish they were made in the USA! Is there a specific vendor that is selling these or do you have to go through that auction site?

I have been looking into which aftermarket exaust system I wanted to get for my 02 and had pretty much determined that i was going to go with the Stingers, but keep seeing where people are complaining about the drone factor. These look great and sound great and the price is not bad at all. Wish they were made in the USA! Is there a specific vendor that is selling these or do you have to go through that auction site?

Reading through the several threads on this product, I see where some have had their systems arrive in less than adequate packaging. Is this common among most of you guys, or just a random happening. Is it because of being shipped from oversees?

There were a couple of small areas on the box that were damaged, but nothing that effected the parts inside.

Just look for C5 exhaust on fleabay. Some of the auctions from NXT STP include free shipping.
You'll like the looks and tone of this exhaust !

Very cool - and funny - video. Sounds awesome. You weren't racing that other car (Nova?), were you? Some big stones to leave your camera sitting there while you drove away. I spied a pack of rougue chipmunks ready to drag it into the woods right before you drove up to retrieve it.

I can't remember if I was racing that Duster or not?? But if I was, I dusted him pretty bad. I don't have to worry about that in the area where I was. The road gets very little traffic, and its almost impossible to see a tiny camera doing 50mph. Even if someone did grab it, they wouldn't make it too far.
