Since this thread is still active, Id like to give an update. I still really like the catback. It still shines nicely when cleaned up. It still sounds great, however I would love to install a cam and headers one of these days. Im used to having louder exhaust on my previous cars and so far everyone has told me that my car sounds like a vette should, not to obnoxious.
It looks like the price has gone up again to about $650 shipped.
At least that is what I found on the auction site when I searched for C5 Corvette Exhaust.
C5 Corvette Stainless Exhaust System - Complete T304
PUT it on last night, was easy to install but good luck on the tips. i will need to put it on a lift. everything is centered but... the driverside sticks out a inch farther than the pass. wish me luck

Bring 'er down and we'll get you fixed up on my lift.
We are just outside of Louisville. It's a drive but a great excuse to get out on the road. Otherwise, I'd suggest going to a local exhaust shop and get it on a lift. Should have it all straightened out pretty quickly.
You may want to get a set of upgraded clamps to take with you to replace the ones that came with your system if you used those.
Here is a recent sound clip of my exhaust with a ****ty digi cam. Setup is stock internals, SSAC headers, custom offroad x pipe, and nxt catback. I will have some track vids up probably tomorrow with a better camera (although my times sucked last time out)
You can also search "slowtealz28" on streetfire.net for a better video clip on the street. I was running an 11.8x@118 TA.
It sure is, but it is completely tame at cruising speeds. The only place it drones is at 2500rpm, where you will never really be for an extended period of time.
