they come right from Hong Kong, they usually come with the resistors, but it doesn't say in the auction page

Reference comments about color legality. Google this subject and you'll find colors are DOT mandated, and cannot be changed at state level. Red is required for rear running and brake lights, amber may be used on front and sides.

I'm sure it can be done,I'm just not sure how it would work in kit form.I've got some work to do to keep up with you and radioflyer!!It'll never happen...Great idea though.We are not worthy!!!!!!!

you could do something by just taping into the front signals with maybe a resistor in line
An idea i had was to pull the front section of a BSM spear and add LED's into and then thru the fender. I'm not sure exactly HOW you'd do it to get it to look good but it'd be sweet
