they only turn on with the blinkers, they do not turn on otherwise.
i haven't taken any pics yet but they look kinda cool.
i mounted them underneath my vent screens. i also had to modify the vent screens so the LEDs wouldn't be obscured but the way they are mounted, they're pretty much invisible.

i decided to change them because when i turn on the switchbacks, they turn white, the new strips are white and i felt the corners in amber now looked out of place.
i already had these in my footwells so i popped them out and am now using them in the corner lights.
i like the all-white look.

i actually bought two of these LED strips in red that i have installed in my side vents and wired into the blinkers.
they only turn on with the blinkers, they do not turn on otherwise.

I see autolumination sells a few LED flex strips now as well, one is the Bullet type with 96 LEDs in it!
