SO ... back in December I ordered some acrylic rear bumper letters for my 2004 coupe. Installed them in January and they only lasted till just a week ago. Not only did one of the letters just fall off but they are all showing some crinkling of the backing material... which looks horrible. The car is always garaged and is not driven very often. I sent a letter to Zip's customer service and they quickly replied that they would send me a new set. I then replied I would rather have a credit so I can order the Stainless version like I have on the 2000. Immediate reply and credit applied to my account. Great service and backing of when the product fails they replace or refund. Big thumbs up to a great supporter of our forum. I will continue to buy my stuff through Zip.
