It really depends on your driving ability and what works best for you. I drive with it off at the track. My buddy puts in comp mode both that can save your *** if you start to loose it. If you are inexpirenced I would make one pass with it on one with comp mode and one with nothing. Learn your car first dont just get out there and push it. Thats my best advise I saw a guy last night in a beautiful 69 push it and end up loosing it into a field.
