Of course people are trying to steal these cars. They are trying to get the most car for the least amount of money. That is just human nature. KBB is just a guide, it is not the tell all valuation. The owners have every right to determine what their cars are worth and they do not need to sell if that price is not met.
I'm ready for a new C6 Z06 but I'm not selling my 11,000 mile cherry Z06 for KBB. I'll keep my car before accepting that value.
Ok well ill go buy my Prestine EB Z06 with 20K miles for 25K, and you can keep attempting to sell your for 34K.
I have a prestine condition 2002 EB Z06 with 6,400 miles. I had LG do a H\C to it along with help from Tony Mamo. Someone told me that the price is $29,000 fair market. I laughed as I have every stock part that came off and could easily put it right back to stock. I have $10K in the engine and it is perfect, with all receipts (And again, all stock take off parts). The car does not have any rock chips, never tracked and is adult owned. After the offers I have received on this forum, I will keep it as I do not owe any money on it and it is a great car.
I agree with others - Far too many guys are quoting prices for cars that have been beaten, saying they are only worth $24 - $26 K. Any mint car that I have seen, the sellers want value for. And why shouldn't they? They are not making any more C5Z's, so if yoiu want a prestine one, expect to pay.
I will most likely just keep my 2002 forever and get one more C6Z to top off my collection!
