My amps are immediately behind the bulkhead behind the seats. I carpeted a 1x10 and blocked it up the the level of the top of the bulkhead. You don't even notice it and the amps are nice and safe - and hidden. I've got a steath SubThump box for the JL 10w3 and the only thing you see in the car is the Kenwood 7100 double din.
BTW: Mine's not cheezy at all.

cheese is the appropriate word. Just make sure you put the burger on there first so the cheese doesnt melt on to the amp
