Rear sensors are leaking around stem any quick fix.

gently tighten nut 1/4 turn and see if it stops or decreases

Here is a shot from the inside.
If you can't get it to stop leaking you will need to replace the O-ring that goes between the rim and sensor.
They can dry out with age.
Most tire shops should be able to help ya out.

I agree that if the nut is not loose, then it is most likely the o-ring gone bad. You can get a new o-ring and have it installed.
