Everybody has an opinion , doesnt mean I have to agree with them or let it bother me. The comments about the interiors are not without merit. GM could do some big improvements there.
Since I am balding, I better not paint my engine bay...
I have been on a track in a 2007 Z06. I have been behind the wheel of a 2008 Z06 on some great Kentucky back roads. I have raced in several Honda, Nissan, and Infiniti cars on and off the tracks. I have had my C5 in full drift Many Many times. I have driven several M3's M5, and other BMW sports cars.
I applaud the Germans and Japanese for their fine cars, but I have not had more fun in any car than a Corvette.
I wear my Corvette Lifestyle apparel in public, and wave at other Vette owners. Any chance I get to talk about Vettes, I take.
Most people are amazed at the trunk space in my 2000 convertible, and the 27 MPG I get in daily driving.
All sports cars I have ever driven have been compared to the Vette, and have been found lacking in some way or the other.
If the M-16 is the weapon of choice to defend our country, why wouldn't it work to defend our homes, especially since we're not allowed to have nukes.
Talking about IGNORANT, I just got back from Carlisle where I personally witnessed some imbecile walk up to a new ZR-1 on display, open the door, and climb in...all the while smoking a 6" long cigar!!! Then, after sitting in it for a while, he climbed out and walked away, letting the door wide open. Maybe he wanted to let some of the cigar smoke out. I was told at the show that the ZR-1's are selling for $100,000...OVER the list of $103,000, which doesn't include options or gas tax. That's approaching a quarter of a million dollars! Dang, I didn't have quite enough money with me or I would have driven one home. NOT!

People paying $100,000 over list are just as ignorant.

I like Supras, Corvettes, BMW's, GTR's, etc. etc. I just choose to own a Corvette for now! Isn't this great? There are alot of places you can't do these things! ENJOY YOURSELF!
