Actually these computerized places have quite accurate and easy to navigate systems. You can find pretty much anything in there if you A: have a customer who knows what the car is with some other pertinent information, and B: have half a clue what the part is called and what to look for. Sadly, a lot of the people working said stores lack B, and a LOT of the people driving on the roads lack A.
amenspend 15 years behind a parts counter. and then insert the language thing.
customer: "I need that black thing under the hood.... you know...."
parts guy: "what car do you have?"
customer: "a hatchback"
I could go on, and on, and on.
