Just got the Z06 sways with poly bushings in along with a set of Koni FSD. Currently working on D/S rotors and painting calipers/brackets. Going to let a shop put in my clutch and an E85 tune. Just added a big one to the list thanks to a fellow forum member. Should be on its way shortly:
Make sure to check the connections in the door to ensure you don't have a bad "pin" in the connector. If that happens the mirror might start working.
At one point my entire passenger door connector worked its way loose. No power over there at all! Then bad pins were found in the drivers door. Took my mechanic forever to track it down because of all the bad communication codes.

it's a combination of that and the fact that the mirror housing is now the worst looking part of the car...bugs guts attacked it with the previous owner and it never stood a chance.

That describes my mirrors as well as the nose of my car. I hit it a couple weeks ago with a rotary and mezerna super intensive polish and it made a huge difference. Still not perfect, but helpful for the upcoming show season (and helps hold me over until a full repaint).
build a garage, just an all metal two car to house my babies and give some work space. But the 99 is outsdie under a cover, and the 74 is in an old, and I mean old, 1 car. got to get that
Replace all suspension bushings and ball joints (started ordering parts today! )
Install PFADT trans brace
While car is apart:
Properly install my line lock button (it's rigged right now )
Replace shifter, ebrake boots and center console leather.
Fix one tire with dead pressure sensor
Later:
Get front end & lower rockers repainted and right fender aligned (will probbly do this in the spring since I do drive it in the snow)
buy HID lights

When I purchased my Vette I promised myself that I wouldn't do any engine mods until the note was paid off. Well I mailed the last instalment on Monday (1-1/2 years early) So this winter I will be doing the following:
Installing my new LG Jet Coated headers w/highflow cats, Dart 205 heads, ECS Blower cam, Centerforce Dual Force clutch, oil cooler, new rockers, lifters, rods, ported oil pump and harmonic balancer. Then installing my new Speedhut gauges and switching out the rest of my interior lights to blue LEDs and, of course, helping the rest of the Vette Barn crew do their winter mods.

My project is not to put the car cover on it this winter. My wife bought me covers last X-mas and after putting it one, I couldn't set in the garage in the morning with my coffee and look at the car.
I don't know how much trouble I will get into for that.
