What are your year-end projects?
for me:
Repairs/maintence
- Align front body panels
- Repair/replace left headlight
- Direct-solder all type 74 LEDs (those boogers are a pain)
- repalce weather stripping on targa top....no more leaking
- replace tire pressure sensors
- replace passenger mirror with one that works
- Fix rear carpet ro be smooth
- Fix center console's cracks
Modifications:
- Modify SW headlights for Hella Bi-xenon E55 projectors and CCFL Halos
- install "low-visibility" lighting
- Build/powdercoat custom aluminum grilles
- "radioflyer" side badges (still in design process)
- "radioflyer" exhaust plate (to replace the "007" plate i have now)
- "Flyer" Vanity plate (or similar if not available)
- "radioflyer" lighted door sills
- stainless steel brake lines
- Zo6 sway bars / metal end links
- Version 3.0 Gill lights (static low power with variable high power superflux)
......then clean it all enough for show!





Oh, and I'm powdercoating the fast black :-)
To be installed before spring:
Zex direct port 150 shot for the FAST and some drag radials. :-)

They both go into the shop this Monday for the KB install, along with gauges and a DeWitt's radiator..
That will be enough for this year. After that.... it's just gas money to go driving... and driving... and more driving...










- Design and build custom rocker panels
- Shave front emblem (remove and fill holes) and repaint front bumper cover
- Repaint headlight covers
- Smooth, shave and repaint door jambs
- Modify specter werkes rear fascia, fill letters, design and build custom roll pan, reroute exhaust and build custom exit holes
- Bond 1/4 panels and flares to specter werkes rear fascia (seamless one-piece rear clip)
- Shave antenna
- Modify taillights (fill holes, spray tinted clear, again and reverse mount the lights in the sw fascia)
- Cut access holes from the interior for access to the taillights
- Fabricate access panel covers
- Repaint custom rear clip
- Install race mesh fog light screens
- Install chrome door strikers and bezels
- Clean and detail car . . .

And then . . .
Finish my garage organization project: custom cabinets, drop ceiling with sliding door storage, AV cabinet, 50" flat screen and stereo, slot car track, tool pantry, plywood & 2x storage, epoxy paint the upper floor walk area and organize and put everything in its place.

Hope to be done with all the custom work by the end of November and detailing her in January.





At one point my entire passenger door connector worked its way loose. No power over there at all! Then bad pins were found in the drivers door. Took my mechanic forever to track it down because of all the bad communication codes.
