[Z06] Hell from Germany

Greetings
Oliver
But as I own the Z now for a week and the weather here is bad, I did not have the chance to test it on the Autobahn very much. I just accelareted to 220 km/h, not more... Just wantet to know how fast she goes up to 200 ;-) ....Well, too fast!

Greetings
Oliver

Wish I had one when i did it!
The main reason people do not like the USA is because our news reporters Suck! All we do is report how crappy things are and all the crimes we commit. The we have the most violent movies exported all over the world and people think we all live like that!
The intelligent Europeans that have visited the USA. Love Us!

And they keep coming back!

Congrats on the Z06!
It must be fantastic to drive the Z06 on the Autobahn, or anywhere else in Germany for that matter- such a lovely country. A Vette would really stand out there!
Will you be taking the Z06 to the Nurburgring? I was there in July for a club track day and drove a race-prepped BMW330i- what a fantastic day, and I did see a couple of Z06s as they blew past!
Enjoy!

I want to have some performance trainigns with the car, maybe on Hockenheimring or Nurburgring.. we will see

As soon as the weather will be better, I will do a lot of drinving on the german Autobahn to see what´s going on with the Z

Is it possible to find out who owned this car before me in the states? I bought it at a GM dealer but they did not help me on this question.
Would the VIN help on this?
Thanks guys,
greetings
Oliver

Another Z06 in Germany and just about 50mls away. Funny thing is we both imported a Z06 the same day so +2 here in Germany. Hey Oliver cool to see u here. Its me Thomas from Karlsruhe. (we know each other a bit from german vette community www.corvetteforum.de)
Heres my thread im from Germany either, living in Karlsruhe (100mls south of Frankfurt):

mine:

at home, with time-limited license plate (u can drive some days with that) so dont wonder about the mounting of the plate

)C6Z ****
shorty antenna
dropped her yesterday, no bolts front and longer ones in rear... but still too high for me, gonna save some money to get coilovers. Gonna post some pics soon though.
More mods to come for example im saving for SP500s...
By the way: Dont think most ppl here in Germany dislike the US. Most of the ppl i know LOVED their trip to USA. Personally, i would like to live in Florida if i could. Mostly because of the damn nice weather over there and ****ty winter here in Germany... but i like the whole american way of life (been to US 2 times already, 5 weeks overall, gonna do my next trip in spring 09) and the damn hot cars u got in US, all the V8s an so on... here in Germany most cars suck because they got the wrong engines like 4 cylinder etc., like Oliver already mentioned. But just those damn wide streets etc give u a feeling of "freedom" thats cool.

I've been over there 3 times tuning Corvettes. I'll be back over the beginning of 09. I have customers in Karlsruhe. That's most likely were I'll be staying.
If you guys need any tuning, let me know.
