Default Cockpit-Trunk divider.

Somewhere I think I saw someone advertising a partition that goes between the seats and the trunk on a vert. It's not the one that goes between the trunk and the vert top when it's stowed. This one prevents someone from seeing what's in the trunk with the top up or down, I think???? Can someone point me in the right direction?
Thanks!

This is the one I have fitted. It protects the roof when its down and no need to remove it to drop the top.

Great product and a good price from a Forum Vendor

Here's mine...I've been very happy with it...even seems to improve the sound of the stock stereo. Do a search on trunk partition and I'm sure you'll see more.

Thanks, DeeGee! Looks pretty cool. Kinda spendy but it'd get the job done.

I made my dividers and all the other pieces for my
trunk for less than $25.00. Another set I did using
lexin enclosed vette logos was about $10.00 more.
This is a very easy DIY job.
Feel free to PM me with any questions.

I made mine also, but I do not have any pics right now. It is in the vert in the garage under the cover. Mine cost less than $25 also. I have the shale interior. What I did was cut a piece of ridgid arcel (foam). I work for a foam manufacture and we have a cnc machine for cutting. I creaded a drawing to import into the machine. After it was cut, I covered with fleece material from Pat Catans that was a perfect match for my interior. I used foam safe spray adhesive to attach the material. It fits perfectly in the trunk and keeps everything away from the vert top. Again, it cost me less than $25. If anyone would be interested in what it looks like, let me know. I could send a pic of it in and out of the car.

Sherry (iflex2fitness) was EXTREMELY helpful to me on a different diy project.
I would recommend contacting one of the above posters for info.
I can't comment publicly on my thoughts regarding one of the vendors and his partition, but pm me if you want.

I would like some pics and some instructions if you have (what to buy and where from and if you have the drawings).

Thanks,

The drawing is on my PC at work. I will throw it on the flash drive as a pfd and bring it home. I am not sure if I will be on line tomorrow after work due to the pair of tickets I have for the Steelers-Bungles game.

The ones shown in the threads are exactly what I'm looking for. Anything that blocks the view into the trunk area. Sound deadening would be a plus. My vert is Torch Red with Torch Red interior. I've read that some problems have been experienced with some of the partitions not staying in place very well.
Thanks much!

I have installed two items in my vert that reduces rear noise and affords privicy to the trunk area.. One is the "Quite Ride" Compartment Divider which is a 2 1/2" foam divider that is a compresion fit. Works great and stays in place even with the top down. The second is a Sound Killer which is a two piece divider mat that installs in back of the seats and attaches to the boot. This also provides extra privicy to the storage area in back of the seats.
Both items can be seen in Ecklers Fall/Winter 2008 Catalog- page 54.
Or their on line catalog
