This will turn in to a big debate. Both are great and make power. I personally have the ARH and love them. I made 443whp and 400wtq on HPE's dyno with a cam and bolt on car through stock mufflers. and I also just ordered the Big 3 mufflers from LG. Now I just need a good set of heads!

go with whichever you can get a better deal on. really doesn't matter much, and honestly there is no way you would ever notice a difference. i personally went with LG, just because i found a local set for sale for a decent price, but i would have just as happily gone with kooks or american racing as well.

like the others have said, all are great brands. I run dynatech headers and love thm but would have run any of the major brands if the price had been right. Watch the for sale section to snag a good set at a great price.

I happen to know that a set of headers will be going up for a St Jude auction very soon if you are not in a hurry you may score a set for good price. I also know that it will be one of the brands you mentioned

not sure when I am gonna post it but it will be in the next couple of weeks

I've run LG Pros before and I have a new set to go on my current car and have been happy with them. That said it was really a right price at the right time sort of thing more than anything else.
