will the tire pressure sensors from a c-6 work on a c-5 ?

why? are they a different radio freq?

No, not any better than the 97,98 &99 sensors will work on a 00 thru 04.

They are a completely different animal. For the C6 TPM's you need a $400 tool to program them but for the C5 sensors you do it with a magnet.

The TPS sensors are frequency-matched to the RF receiver (RFA) which also controls the key fobs.
