Within a month of buying my vette I had run out of local people to show it off to! So I drove the car from my home in Norman, OK 228 miles to the Oklahoma Panhandle town of Elmwood to show it off to many friends I have up there. Upon arrival at one of those great friends house, Joe Cates and a host of others were sitting on Joes's front porch as I pulled down, what I am sure was the first dirt driveway my car had ever been on, and was greeted by Joe, drinking a Coors Light.
I parked the vette in front of the farmhouse and as I exited I heard Joe say,,,,,,"Now THAT'S, a Silverbullet!" The name stuck, corny, but stuck! Over a year after that I discovered the Forum and used that name to register.

R.I.P. Joe I never get in my car without thinking of you buddy!

I'm just so damn cool...

or, it's a forum name from when I was less cool, and it just always stuck. (that's more likely)

It was either C.W. or Vinny Shinblind...I loved those old National Lampoon comics.

ElectroGrav: refers to the generation of a localized gravitational field by means of high voltage flow through a dielectric medium resulting in a graviton density gradient, producing an effective thrust vector along the pole between the positive/negative dialectric contacts.

At least that's what I like to say when someone asks, so I can see the look on their face when I finish saying it . Really my username refers to the study of electrogravitics (a "fringe science"), which I find fascinating to read about sometimes.

In 2002 i was trying to think of a name for my vanity plate. In Kentucky you can only use 6 numbers or letters on the plate,so i had the idea of YELLO1 for Millennium Yellow 2001.
Well, the wifey decided that there was only one way i was able to have a corvette was if SHE OKD it.
So now you know why YELLO1 is my forum name.

Well... I like to sail and have on occasion fallen overboard. Twice as a matter of fact and I'm still around to tell the tale.

Years ago - when my daughter was in her early teens, she thought it would be cool if her and I could communicate from her room to my office (across the hall in the house) on AIM (AOL Instant Messenger). I had to come up with a screen name - so in honor of my 1987 Black Pontiac 6000SE, I came up with Blacksedan87. I started using this on places like Ebay, and when I joined the CF - I just used the first thing that came to mind.

I still have the Blacksedan, but alas - not for too much longer.... I'm going to have to get rid of it to make room for the Pace Car. Too bad too - I still like the car, even though I haven't driven it in over five years, they only made 1500 5speed manual cars like this one. Oh well, I have something I like better and actually drive.

Mine is probably one of the obvious ones. When I joined in 1999, I had a 1991 ZR-1. In fact I only just sold in this last December. Great car.
