getting all the crap out of the way so you can get to the shifter is the hardest part. MGW for the win.

When I bought the MGW shifter I also bought their "race ****" trimmed in chrome. Like the way it feels. The hardest part in changing the stock shifter will be removing the key in the existing shifter. Mine was a pain in the butt, but changing the shifter in my son's car went fine with no trouble with the key.
