I got everything apart and ready for install, but can't figure out how to hook the hids up to my factory wiring.I have the inline resistor and the kit is slim balliast 9006 low beams.Help quick. My factory plugs are grey and flat.Nothing will hook into them.
The factory wiring wires into the ballast. There is a plug coming off the ballast that plugs into your HID's.
Need pics of your setup to give you more info on what goes into what.

Their is now way the ballast will plug in!Form what Johnathan said, the inline resistor plugs inbetween the ballast and harness. But none of the plugs match up.
I don't think this is the right kit for my car.I tried everything in the book they just wont hook up.Are their more than one kit for the C5? I have a 03Z and the kit I have is a 9006 slim ballast/with inline resistor.6000k heat temp.
Its difficult to help without pictures. Are you trying to plug the high beam plug into a low beam socket or vice versa? The difference between 9005 and 9006 is a single or double grove in the plug so as not to allow you to switch bulbs.

At this point I would get ahold of the seller and ask him, Mine were plug and Play, In and out of the ballist.
My Factory harness has the grey pulg thats flat. The Hids have black plugs and are designed for a two prong connection. The factory is designed for 4 prong connection
I've been dicking with this car for 4hrs and back at point a.The manufactures need to step their game up.No directions,And another guy had instructions for a different car. At this point I'm pissed...If they would just put good directions in the damn box form the jump. Not the crap that they e-mail you after the damn fact.

Sounds to me you are looking at the wrong plug, You unplug the plug from the stock bulb and plug that into the balist and from the balist to the new bulb.
Simple.
